HOW TO ACCESS

Reception and Front Office
On the ground floor at the Sol et Salus Hospital there are the reception offices open to the public that provide the following services:

INFO POINT
Supplies information regarding diagnostic services, visiting times for every medical specialist and their healthcare rates; gives directions to where each medical studio and services are situated and hands out test results respecting ones privacy.

CASHIER SERVICE  – RECEPTION  – RESERVATIONS (CRR)
Deals with accepting patients who request medical services through the National Health Service (NHS) and who are self-employed.
They provides information about the health services and the rates regarding the NHS agreed services as well as those not agreed to and information regarding invoicing these services.
They deals with reserving services both NHS agreed as well as privately.

ADMISSIONS OFFICE
Deals with accepting NHS or paying surgical patients, orthopaedic and neurologica rehabilitative patients, coming from home or from other hospitals.
It also deals with accepting eye patients coming from home either with the NHS agreement or paying privately. Information is provided regarding rates for privately paying interventions and rehabilitative-orthopaedic-neurological admissions.
Admission takes place by your doctor’s request or medical report.

SURGERY ADMISSION OFFICE
This office deals with planning and booking surgical operations such as: orthopaedic surgery, functional surgery, neurological surgery and cosmetic surgery, both paid by the NHS or privately paid. It provides information regarding the type of operation, the length of hospital stay and NHS waiting times. It also deals with pre-surgical preparations such as: blood tests, electrocardiogram, anaesthesia consultation reservation and the doctor’s visit in which he will authorise the surgery.
